Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms & conditions to check your agreement before booking your appointment or course.

Privacy policy

By booking with Bébé Nurture Ltd you agree with our privacy policy.

Booking

A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and Bébé Nurture Ltd reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled Bébé Nurture Ltd will promptly refund all monies.

Payment and Deposits

The full cost of consultations booked through the website are taken at the time of booking.

For sleep support packages and home appointments you are asked to make a bank transfer for the full amount 48 hours before our first appointment.

Included in the cost of the sleep package is a £50 deposit.

Late cancellation

Consultations can be rearranged or cancelled 48 hours before the appointment with no fee. If consultants are cancelled with 24- 48 hours notice you will be refunded 50% of your payment. Appointments cancelled at less than 24 hours notice a 25% refund is given.

For sleep packages a refund minus the £50 deposit can be given prior to starting the package.  No refund can be given after your initial appointment.

Consultation Cancellation by Bébé Nurture

Bébé Nurture Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel any services, including times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the consultation start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any price increase.

For consultations in the unlikely event of cancellation by Bébé Nurture Ltd, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or if alternative dates cannot be agreed, a refund will be given.

If for any reason an in person appointment cannot take place due to extreme weather or government guidelines, alternative appointments will be offered, for example virtual appointment or rescheduling.

Sleep coaching

Unfortunately Bébé Nurture Ltd is unable to guarantee a specific outcome of the sleep coaching. Bébé Nurture Ltd asks that you make every effort to carry out the sleep plan consistently as mutually agreed at the time of consultation.

The suggestions you will receive regarding managing your child's sleep are techniques aimed at developing and supporting positive attachment and relationships with parents.

Please ensure your child is healthy before commencing sleep changes and if required seek advice from a GP or a suitable health professional. It is the parent’s choice to implement any suggested sleep strategies and parents maintain full responsibility for their and their child’s health throughout.

As every family and child are different no results are guaranteed.

Safer Sleep Guidance

As a holistic sleep coach, my role is to provide guidance and recommendations on safe sleep practices based on current UK standards and research. These recommendations are intended to support and inform parents in making decisions about their child's sleep environment and routines. It is the fundamental responsibility of the parent(s) or guardian(s) to review all safer sleep recommendations provided and to critically assess their applicability to their family's unique context. Information on safer sleep can be found at The Lullaby Trust and the NHS website

Clients residing outside the United Kingdom should be aware that these recommendations may differ from guidelines and practices in their own country. It is the responsibility of the client to consider the applicability and suitability of UK-based recommendations to their personal context. Clients are encouraged to consult local experts or authorities if they require advice tailored to the standards and guidelines of their own country.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, parents acknowledge that they understand their responsibility in reviewing and applying safe sleep practices. They agree that the final decisions made regarding their child's sleep practices are their own and that they bear full responsibility for these decisions.

Baby Massage Courses

The running of the baby massage course is subject to a minimum of 4 parents booking onto the course. Unfortunately, if less than 4 parents book onto the course it may be cancelled.   

Health

Bébé Nurture Ltd is for well children, if you have concerns that your child is unwell you should seek advice from a medical professional.

Bébé Nurture Ltd cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or resulting from using any of our services.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing for Bébé Nurture Ltd to contact and provide information regarding our consultation to other professionals who are involved in your or your child's care.

Bébé Nurture Ltd may advise that a child is seen by another professional. If parents decide not to follow this advice then Bébé Nurture Ltd reserves the right to pause or discontinue support until that referral has been competed.

Safeguarding

Everyone has an obligation to report any safeguarding concerns to the local authority. This referral will be discussed with you prior to being completed, except in the rare circumstance that informing you of the referral may increase the risk to you or your child. If Bébé Nurture Ltd is contacted by Children's Services regarding a Section 17 or Section 47 investigation information will be shared with them to aid that assessment.

Messaging support response times

Messaging support is available between 9am and and 6pm. Bébé Nurture Ltd will aim to return your messages within 7 hours. If there is planned unavailability you will be notified of this in advance.

Breastfeeding messaging support 

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I am committed to providing you with quality post-consultation messaging support. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how this service is rendered:

  1. Purpose of Messaging Support: The messaging support service is intended to provide general support and assist in resolving questions that may arise following our appointment. It is designed to be a convenient way for you to receive advice and clarification on issues discussed during your consultation.

  2. Scope of Support: While I strive to provide comprehensive support, please be aware that messaging is best suited for brief and follow-up inquiries. It is not a substitute for a full consultation. Complex issues or those requiring detailed assessment and guidance may not be fully addressable through this medium.

  3. Referral to Further Consultation or Professional: If, during our messaging interaction, it becomes apparent that the issue is too complex or requires more in-depth evaluation, I reserve the right to suggest arranging a further in-person or virtual consultation. Please be aware that this additional consultation will be provided at your own cost. Alternatively, I may refer you to an appropriate healthcare professional or specialist. This is to ensure that you receive the most accurate and beneficial care for your specific needs.

  4. Please note that this messaging support service is designed for general questions and follow-up support, and is not intended for urgent or emergency situations. If you, as a parent or guardian, feel that the issue at hand is urgent or requires immediate medical attention, it is crucial to seek appropriate medical assessment without delay.

Vouchers and Prizes

Vouchers and prizes are none refundable and will not be exchanged for cash. 

Discounts

Please note that our promotional discount offers are not cumulative and cannot be combined or stacked with other discounts or special promotions. Customers are not permitted to combine multiple discount offers on a single purchase.

Complaints
Bébé Nurture Ltd strive to provide the best possible service for their clients. However, Bébé Nurture Ltd recognise that sometimes you may feel that your needs have not been met. If you have any concerns or would like to make a complaint please submit this in writing to jenny@bébénurture.com . Complaints will be responded to within seven working days.
