Breastfeeding Support
Breastfeeding support
Breastfeeding is a beautiful journey filled with intimate and joyful moments. Yet, like any journey, it comes with its unique set of challenges. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I'm here to celebrate the highs with you and offer guidance through the tricky bits. I understand the challenges, the doubts, and the fatigue that can come with breastfeeding. My role is to support you, providing practical techniques to make breastfeeding more comfortable, solutions to common hurdles, and, most importantly, a listening ear. Whether it's learning about feeding before your babys birth, refining your baby's latch, addressing soreness, or simply offering reassurance during those tough moments, I am here to support you. With the right support, you can find confidence and ease in your breastfeeding journey.

Antenatal Breastfeeding
The anticipation of welcoming your little one is filled with excitement, dreams, and a touch of nervousness. Learning about breastfeeding while you are pregnant is a great way to understand what to expect when your baby is born and it will give you more confidence to know when breastfeeding is going well. During the session we discuss lots of hints and tips about how you can get your breastfeeding journey off to the best start. The session includes how you can use your babies natural reflexes to support attachment, normal new born breastfeeding and sleep behaviours, looking after yourself while breastfeeding and milk expression. All sessions are tailored to your needs, so we can discuss any particular issue that is personal to you.
